Warranty information can be found on the manufacturer's website or can be sent to you by request.  DataDefense Partners Inc. has a 14-day return for credit policy. After 14 days, credit given will be at the sole discretion of DataDefense Partners Inc. 

Our warranty only applies to the repair or replacement of a product/products, in which issues occur within the scope of our control. Issues arising due to acts of nature, improper installation, excess moisture, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, accident, voltage fluctuations, or any unauthorized tampering, repairs or modifications are outside of our control. The warranty becomes VOID in the event of alteration, defacement, or removal of serial numbers occurs.
